We recognize that Men often congregate at the Barber Shops for grooming, for community connections, for shop talk, and just to continue the legacy that only Barbershops can provide.
Our Barber Shop recruitment events meet Men in their element, distribute information about mentorship opportunities, and recruit them to mentor youth.

Youth engagement is the why we do what we do. Our mentors look to engage them no matter the circumstances because they know the outcome will be extraordinary results.
